Vegan MoFo - Week 2 Round up

Time is running short tonight so here's a quick round up of some of the bookmarked recipes and ideas I've collected over the last week.

The Vegan Cookbook Aficionado - Bumbleberry pie

Vegan in Brighton - Lemon mousse pie

The Real Meal - Tofuffalo wings

Ruskin Days - Cambodian salad

Tales of a Vegan Food Fetishist - Yellow curry

Green Gourmet Giraffe - Chickpea and hemp seed cheese

Meet the Wikos - Ravioli

Tomato recipes for when my tomato plants are ripening

Flicking the V's - Heirloom tomato gratin

Eating Appalachia - Summer tomato tart

The draw for next week's countries is a bit more diverse than it was last week and I have already planned some interesting recipes to try. See you tomorrow in stopover 11!

  1. Chuffed to see the gratin get a mention - thanks very much! If you work out what's missing, give me a shout, and I'll add it in!

    1. It looked great to me! I'm going to hold off on making this until January/February if all goes well with the tomato plants.

    1. I got my tomato plants in very early this year, perhaps it was too early as they haven't grown much yet. That lemon mousse pie looks so good, doesn't it?

    1. My pleasure, it sounds like an interesting cheese to make and not as involved as some other ones (just need to get some hemp seeds for it). It's very easy to get lost down rabbit holes at the moment!
